For the first time, an Indian woman has contracted Covid-19 for the first time in a year and a half.

According to Indian media, in January last year, a fourth-year medical student in Kerala tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 virus after returning from Wuhan (China). After nearly 3 weeks of treatment, this female student was discharged from the hospital on February 20 last year. However, a test yesterday (July 14) showed that this female student had re-positive for SARS-CoV-2. She is currently isolated at home.
